Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Custom Orders

Custom-made items, including personalized patterns or specific color formulations, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss any concerns about custom orders.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to notify us of your intent to return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom orders (unless defective or incorrect)
